Adams Guan is the founder and Design Director of Evolution.
He founded the firm in early 2011 based on the belief of designing for excellence-in his own words "Design without Boundary"-that is,striving for integrated design for highend products across all processes including architectural,interior,accessory outfitting,landscape designs and CI systems.
Mr.Guan is well respected in the industry with close to 15 years of experience.Prior to founding Evolution.
Mr.Guan led Kolorock Design as their Art Director.Besides his practices in the industry,Mr.Guan serves as a lecturer in the China Academy of Fine Arts.

Ray Jin,Partner
Ray Jin has led the Beijing office since 2011 and is Evolution's Chief Architect.
Mr.Jin holds a Master's Degree of Architecture from the University of Arizona,where his thesis project won the ExcellenceDesign Award of the Year.Before studying in the US,Mr.Jin graduated top of his class from the Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture.Mr.Jin has more than 10 years of experience working overseas for prestigious architectural firms such as NBBJ,Line & Space & Rick Joy Architects.Mr.Jin currentlyserves as the Chief Representative for Line & Space in the Greater China region,responsible for the firm's China projects.

Yan jiang is the Design Director of Kolorock Design. Ms. Jiang is well respected in the industry with close to 10 years of experience. Prior to Joining Kolorock Design.
Ms.Jiang served as an Accessories Designer for NewsDays interiorDesign.She then moved on to become the Accessories Design Director for Hanker Design.
Ms.Jiang principally designed numerous high-end projects,all of which won industry wide recognitions.
The Zheng Zhou Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant Project was awarded the highest.
Award-Crystal Kylin Award in the and "Furnishing-China"awarding ceremony.
On Xiang Lin club won the 2013 China-who is crystal unicorn prize administrator.
Beijing traditional culture ChuanXiGuan won the fifth in 2014 China international nest space environment.
